Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Last updated: 10/21/2026
1. Purpose
PaperGamer is committed to preventing the use of its services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. This policy outlines the measures we take to comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
2. Customer Verification
We may ask customers to verify their identity before processing certain orders, top-ups, or refunds. This can include confirming your name, email address, payment source, or other details relevant to the transaction.
3. Payment Monitoring
All payments — including bank transfers, wallet top-ups, and balance redemptions — are monitored for unusual or suspicious patterns. Transactions that cannot be matched to a legitimate order may be held, rejected, or refunded to the original sender.
4. Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only ever issued to the original payment method and original sender. We do not convert payments into cash, crypto, or third-party transfers, and we do not process refunds to a different person or account.
5. Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order or account that we reasonably believe is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.
6. Record Keeping
We keep records of orders, payments, and verification steps for the period required by applicable regulations, in line with our Privacy Policy.
